Sullivan Barrera is a better boxer than him.Ward refuses to fight in the marques of queensberry rules and is allowed to get away with elbows,headbutts,knees,takedowns and holding.

There was close to no clinching in that fight. One of the most beautiful displays of counterpunching skills I've seen in my life. You need to watch this fight again without the **** stained glasses.

Now if Ward happens to win that CW and HW belt, especially against someone like Joshua or whoever is THE guy to beat at HW, oh man! I actually he's miles above Oscar skill wise. Never saw Oscar as a terribly skilled fighter.

Doesn't move the needle at the top. Maybe top200 or so? Olympic Gold medal adds a lot of credibility to his claim. He needs a few more good wins, and I don't think he needs to move to CW at all. If he cleans out / takes out ~3 more top5 guys at LHW, that would help him a lot and move him to top50
