He's up there. He's one of those guys where it's hard to tell until you take a look back on the era in time. He's fighting across two eras in a sense, when you consider that the Super 6 guys are all retired or shot at this point. Destroying Kovalev really made a statement and the next couple years are critical to his legacy. He could end up like a Mayweather or Calzaghe, where going out on top, 0 in tact, adds a high gloss to everything they've done. Or, he could end up like many who lose several at the end of their careers and taint their accomplishments.

Sullivan Barrera is a better boxer than him.Ward refuses to fight in the marques of queensberry rules and is allowed to get away with elbows, headbutts, knees, takedowns and holding.

Not good at all in the ATG sense.

He goes to sleep if he fights Stevenson.

Slap yourself with a skillet for putting that **** right next to Mayweather's name.

GOAT at 168. No question about that. Don't think he's rated at 175 obviously. First fight with Kovy was too close (honestly could go either way) and Kovy made it clear in 2nd fight that Ward was not unbeatable. Ward was being marked up and probably behind (or even) on most cards despite finishing the fight. Imagine what a Prime RJJ would've done to Ward - absolute massacre

Not even top 500 in reality. He can't do much beyond holding, elbowing and throwing two punches.

He's up there whether people like it or not. I think when he retires more people will see him as an all time great.
