Who cares anymore. There's been more "Boxing is dead, UFC is taking over" chatter than ever since MayPac. In 2016 it was rampant, even on NSB. All its meant is record-breaking numbers for boxing on 2017, whether its crowds (JoshKlit), ESPN, or network ratings (Thurman-Garcia). Boxing has more eyeballs on it in 2017 since the mid-90's while the UFC tanks.

It should be clear by now that the sweet science is pretty immune to the media chatter. The only thing that hurt boxing was the lack of exposure, which is now being rectified via PBC and ESPN.

Idk what these ratings mean but it's safe to say that A MONSTER AMOUNT OF PEOPLE got to see the very same reason why they don't care about boxing to begin with, robberies and corruption.

They call that Bittersweet moment for boxing, before the decision everyone was enjoying the fight praising ESPN and boxing saying now thats winning me over, I read several tweets saying Boxing has no won me over again! and then aftr Horn won they said just when I thought boxing won me over again it does this again.

These idiots, Horn won, accept it, dont go back on your word the fight was exciting with drama yet you gonna say because Horn won you dont like boxing.

I hated the franchise when the Ronda-Floyd angle was doing the rounds in the media. I don't care what skills she had that was just distasteful stuff from a certain section of the media.

Good for Arum, ESPN and most important, the fans. How is it that Arum has a knack for building up fighters into stars? Something Haymon has no clue of. Thurman was expected to become a big star. Yet where is he? The Swift has disappeared too. They're not even talking about their next fights.

Al Haymon fighters start out with full of drive and ambition like they just got out of prison.
They end up becoming domesticated and start thingking about retirement. These are not even 40 yr old people.
