All stars of the sport and much deeper in star power than showtime let's not get carried away they arnt going anywhere no where even haymon is working with hbo by setting up the Jacobs fight so stop the ignorance just cause you don't like jim lampley
Lomachenko & Usyk aren't stars. Kovalev vs Ward bombed. They aren't stars. PAC hasn't fought on HBO for a year and there's a good chance his next fight may not be either. Crawford isn't a star. His career is in neutral and his PPV bombed. I'm not even sure GGG is a star considering he can't sell out tickets at the price real stars like Cotto & Canelo can sell them

They're stars just not superstars just yet, I can guarantee you a Crawford vs PAC ppv sells crazy and puts bud on superstar level. Same with loma hes the quickest growing star in the sport right now, with those two alone hbo is set for quite some time.

While the ward kov ppv disappointed a rematch will do much better because both of their popularity has doubled since and everyone wants to see the rematch and they are the two best lhw in the world by far.

And how can you say ggg is not a star? He's the second most talked about name in boxing behind a retired Floyd, he's the topic of discussion in almost every thread LOL and msg is almost sold out btw that's a hard feat cotto couldnt even do against Sergio.

Usyks talent is mind blowing for someone his size throw him on the undercard of big fights and he will be a star in no time only so long people can pretend to ignore.

Also I forgot choclotito , showtimes roster ain't ****in with hbo stop it boa

Tell me a year where HBO didn't put on the biggest cards and the best fights than any other network....until then it's only speculation or hate how the kids might call it.

Seems Santa Claus is gone in the PBC camp.
Why are you talking about the older fight Thurman/Porter? Thurman/Garcia that just happened got 2 million a piece

What metric are you using to determine their stardom?

And what's a star to you? To me it's a champ who impresses with skill that's automatically a star among boxing fans and to even warrant to get on ppv means you got some type of casual fan base, notice Thurman or Garcia have never headlined a ppv GGG according to google trends is the most talked about fighter other than Floyd and you should know look at this forum, even casuals know him cause they like KO's its blasphemy to say he isn't a star let alone superstar that means boxing is starless.

Headlining a PPV doesn't make you a star. Valdez is headlining a PPV, so you're saying he's a star?

Rigo falls into the other category. Does that make him a star? Lomachenko ratings & ticket sales are comparable to Rigo's.

The only metric you're using to determine who is a star and who isn't is your personal feelings
