Are you honestly suggesting Solimon hits harder than Winky? If you are suggesting this then I don't know how I can even debate with you if you're that deluded. -
You misunderstood my post, no worries. I'm suggesting that comparing Winky's reasons for lack of punch output compared to Peter's is laughable. They're almost completely opposite in fighting styles.Originally posted by ferocitysince when did winky become a punching maching? he has never really let his hands go a lot unless he has too, he had too against solimanComment

Yo, college boy, you gotta sit down and stop getting so hot headed and THINK. I said Winky's punches don't hold as much weight as a Samuel Peter punch. Why? Because Peter has an abundance of power you halfwit and Winky is feather fisted.
I'll tell you what. I'll make it simple. 2 105 pounders go at it. One of them lands 500 punches and the other lands 300. Who wins?Comment

How did they not hold weight? In round 9 and 10 (if memory serves me correctly) Solimon was visibly hurt and could've easily been knocked down or out if Winky let his hands go.Originally posted by Smokin'No, I'm not. I'm saying Winky's economical punches did not hold weight because he's a feather fister fighter himself. He got outlanded, outworked, and outfought and that's all there is to it.Comment

Man Winky vs Vargas was a very exciting fight. I think Vargas won thought they act like Winky was robbed. It was a very good fight but i think Vargas clearly won by a few rouds.Comment

Are there point deductions, knockdowns, or anything of that? If the person who lands 500 punches is landing them on the arms and are mostly flicking jabs, and the fighter who lands 300 shots are clear and difinitive when hitting their mark.Originally posted by Smokin'I'll tell you what. Who wins? Good question.Comment

That was 1 round and Winky DID let his hands go. Fighters get buzzed in boxing man, it's just something that happens to even the best of fighters. An example would be Judah taking some very clean, flush punches from Mayweather to no effect, but taking a hard right from a feather fisted fighter in Baldomir and he's buzzed. It's just something that happens.Originally posted by Dirt E GomezHow did they not hold weight? Compuhoax listed Solimon as landing less then 30 jabs. That 'flicking jabs' argument is under the table. Even compuhoax had the decency to have Solimon winning in the landed punches category. NOT ONLY THAT, but scoring rounds isn't just on 'clear and difinitive' punches, it's ring generalship. Solimon made Winky look like an amateur that night, not the other way around.Originally posted by Dirt E GomezAre there point deductions, knockdowns, or anything of that? Actually it was 2 rounds, nice counting though. Fighters getting buzzed happens? Really, well I'll be damned. You learn something new everyday I guess. Even if somebody is momentarily stunned from a feather fisted opponent, it shoudn't be neglected.... so how is your post at all relevant?Originally posted by Smokin'That was 1 round and Winky DID let his hands go.
