There was also a time when winning all the belts and becoming undisputed champion was considered a great thing and if golovkin wants to do that then he has every right to do so.
Now what you need to do is write to danny Jacobs and billy Joe Saunders and say to them man up and sign the contract and stop holding golovkin at 160lb because it's upsetting you and you want to see him fight in a higher division.
I want to see him finally get all the belts after years seeing other champions at that weight avoid him.
It's not right as he has every right to accomplish his goal Larry and I suspect there's an agenda about your post.
Your agenda really is even if golovkin moved up and beat Degale, Ramirez and Jack you would say he never faced ward and avoided his hardest challenge and it's kind of funny because your saying hagler had to move up to 175 and correct me I'm wrong but isn't ward a 172lb to fighter and actually is a full fledged light heavy.
Cut the crap Larry yo don't like golovkin and no matter what he did you still wouldn't like him. Fact

And DeGale isn't a bigger name in the UK. He had 1 big fight in the UK his other big fights have been outside of the UK. The 2 biggest names in the Matchroom stable are Brook and Joshua
Yeah. Some fighters have ducked him, but he and his team have gone out of their way to fight decent fights. Coulda, woulda, shoulda. Story of his life.

Lol @ more knowing who Brook is. An Olympic gold medalist vs a can crusher. It's not a contest.

Posting facts is a waste of time when they've got an agenda.

Will it happen or should GGG move on?
If Canelo grows a pair, the fight can happen quite easily. Hopefully it does first half of next year but I guess Canelo will wait till september.

personally, I feel GGG beats all the top guys at super middle so I'd love to see him move up.

funny, because people (mostly his detractors) want to see him fight the winner of KOvalev-Ward, who are both LHWs.

but to answer your question, because Hagler, just like GGG, is a MW and it happens that he never moved up, again just like GGG.(neither did Monzon for example) the thing is that GGG's career isn't over so we'll have to wait. i believe he'll move up

Why is it that GGG haters - mostly fans of black fighters and Canelo - insist on GGG moving up when there's much better fights to be had at 160 than at 168?

Why is it that you pull the race card?

Why is it that you do it behind an alt/alias?

Why is it that you're wrong anyway?

I don't know the fascination here that a fighter has to move up. Unless he is p4p one of the best fighters and there is a fighter above that is also p4p there is really no need or obligation to move up

A lot of ppl here got spoiled with Pac or just don't like the fighter and the only way they might loose is by going up in weight

Hopkins also started at light heavyweight. Just like Ward fought at 178lb in the amateurs.

Is it really moving up when you are just going back to where you started at?

Is it really moving up and challenging yourself when you are just moving up as your body fills out?

I think the only fighters in recent times who legitimately moved up would be Pacquiao, Marquez, Chocolatito, and Calderon, perhaps Vic Darchinyan as well.

These are guys that had to work to keep the weight on, who would walk around at a lighter weight if they weren't actively working to keep extra size on.

Does anyone think Broner draining himself to make 130 the moving up to 147 was him moving up, instead of him finally not being able to drain himself that much anymore?

Same with Floyd. The only time he really moved up was for Canelo/Oscar, 1 of which he had a catch weight.

I mean if he was really moving up in weight, would have have missed the catch weight vs Marquez if he was naturally a smaller guy?

No... Floyd grew into a WW. Andre Ward was a Light heavy who boiled himself down to 168 for most of his career.

Lomachenko started a weight class bellow where he won his last medal, then moved back up to where he had been fighting at.
