To me this says that Jacobs never really wanted the fight and will likely vacate rather than fight GGG if the WBA upholds 25% for Jacobs. Tom Leoffler must know that Haymon has no intention of making a deal and has asked the WBA to make a decision, even though a few days are still left. Jacobs is lucky to get 25% in my view. Seems like another duck by Haymon.
