Canelo's team has broken two verbal agreements and dropped a belt. Just stop it. Are you really that blind?

A damn verbal agreement is just that verbal damn fool he is not obligated to hold up to those words, do it make him look bad? Sure but it's GGG team fault for not getting it written down on paper, we now have a legitimate offer on table for them to only really work on ppv upside that's about only sticking point other then that all the ducking talk comes to an end

You're darn right and make absolute sense. They should make it for May 2017. Forget September. Then the next thing they'll say, lets shoot for September 2018.

December is a 100% no-go. Too short of time, too close to Christmas, and too close to the Ward/Kovalev ppv. They'll only do this fight on a prime date like May or September.


Even if Canelo has a bruised knuckle, he could take the rest of this year off and have his regular fight in early February, then another in May, and Golovkin in September. Meantime, Golovkin fights Jacobs in December, Saunders in February, then maybe his mando or Rameriz in May/June.

I don't think heiland going fight anybody that can knock him off his mando position anytime soon lol, we prob get Stevens,Monroe,Lemieux, and Johnson to pick out of for December date if he fights there and for May if he can get billy I'm selling my title to highest bidder Saunders on that date if ggg don't get him

I would think Heiland getting a Canelo fight on regular HBO would be worth atleast as much as being GGG's mando. But the WBC said they're planning a tourney with Heiland for a mando spot.

There's way too many worthless top ranked fighters at MW: Heiland, Blanco, Johnson are all meaningless fights for Golovkin. I truly hope there's a consolidation of these guys or that someone like Eubank comes along and clears them all out.

What are you talking about. The deal was to guarantee that he can fight in May and September because those were big Mexican holidays where Mayweather used to gobble those dates up. He also can be afforded to fight on the normal network if wants. So that's the deal. If it was a big PPVevent like GGG/Canelo, it's a blockbuster HBO wouldn't pass up regardless. LOL.

He signed a contract for 2ppv and one regular HBO fight... a signed contract that HBO can't go back on if they want so if he do fight in December it would be his regular HBO fight that's part of deal he signed not verbal but actually signed

Nah, then they're losing money at that point, b/c that could be a potential rematch date.

That's one debatable aspect to Floyd/Manny. Yeah if they fought in their primes they would've made a little less. But it'd have been a more exciting fight and the subsequent rematch(s) would've more than made up for it.

I'm not sold on Eubank either it's either him or his dad that gets in way of him being a legitimate threat **** maybe both of them, plus Eubank didn't want to take part in mini WBA tourney for ggg mando position spot

I think you missed the part of loeffler not having a problem with sept 2017 date, it gives both guys time to get other obligations out the way and get billy hoe in ring for his belt so they fight will be for undisputed MW supremacy
