Anything less than 300k ppv buys is likely bad for GBP, and less than canelo has ever done as the a-side.

10m + ppv upside is not the same as an actual slice of all profit from the promotion.

How can GGG & Canelo be ducking each other when you have a full year to get all the contract right?

Oh right, they really really want the fight

As Canelo beat a nominal titleholder with no resume, he wants the boxing public to believe he's really trying this time.

So the list of excuses grows:

Canelo isn’t ready to move up in weight

No, that GGG's team wants too much money.

Nope, it gonna happen, it just needs time to build.

Now comes the, "I made an offer — I’m still waiting for a call back." Mayweather used that on Manny.

GGG is not a flat-fee opponent. He s a unified MW champ who sells out all over the ****ing world.

He B-side sure, more like B+ side.

One thing K2 knows for sure their is so much pressure on Canelo in Mexico and American press that they don't have to take no crap deal. Anything less than 70/30 starting spot is nothing more than Canelo trying to duck GGG by sabotaging negotiations.

In reality, this is a 60/40 fight. It's gonna do over 1m, probably 1.5 to 1.7. That's an 100m fight, no way k2 is taking 10m will they are the second half to that.

        Its not happening.

Why did Loefller say that they made a concrete offer. What he did say was that they've been in contact.

What Canelo said is they offered him 2-3x, times what.

Canelo and Golden know damn well anything less than a 70/30 full split is an insult, as the press is writing Canelo is ducking GGG.

Only way this fight happens is if GGG and K2 take whatever offer they get from Canelo. They won't dictate any terms. The longer they wait the worse the offer will get as GGG doesn't have time on his side.
Now with that said GGG should not be disrespected with the offer. 10-15 million flat fee should be offered with no PPV split.

Heads up GGG fans... Loeffler has said there has been some negotiating. Specifically, the 4th paragraph from the top. Read it. Deal with it. And stop whining about the past. Get ready for your idol to be in the fight of his life... win or lose. Checkmate.... from the A SIDE of the equation... CANELO!

Geez, some of you even whining 'How's GGG supposed to respond when he's having a (Brook) fight coming up?' Pretty bad when the fighter AND his fans get actively involved in the ducking process. Really gets old all you GGG-aholics like a broken record talking about some drivel that is ancient history. This is NOW. Deal with the here and NOW.

As the biggest fight in boxing, a 100m fight because it does over 1m, probably easily 1.5 to 1.7. Think about that. GGG last fight was watched by 3 million people.

A fight with Canelo does make for the biggest fight.

If Canelo and GBP is offering an unreasonable amount of money, Canelo is still going to get the blame.

It's like Floyd did with Manny. Same moth ****ing shiiiit.

Did you even listen to what they said. Here let me break it down, it was let's go, let's do this, we'll drop every ****ing thing and take this fight.

However, as a fight that easily does over
500 million could have watched his last fight and it wouldn't mean shit. It's how much money you bring to the table when discussing the split and Canelo is the far bigger draw in the market that matters, the US.

In a fight that has a least 100m up for grabs, GGG is entitled to a huge chunk.

                70/30.

Canelo just made 3m. Who else is he gonna fight that hew will make upwards of 70m.

Think k2 is gonna lay down in negotiations is silly, they know Canelo that they're winning the pr battle.

Yea, that's why he's getting the top share of 70/30 or 60/40.

But Canelo isn't gonna make 70m fighting anyone else.

No one is ducking Canelo, no matter how many times GGG haters try to parrot it.

At least that's not how it's playing out in the press in Mexico and America.

GGG is ready, but he's not getting ripped off on the biggest fight in boxing.
