Canelo's boxing skills are extremely underrated, the guy is an A level fighter, he ain't losing to Saunders as much as I like him. Saunders may win a couple of early rounds, but his engine will give up on him after 5-6 rounds and he'll get dominated from there onwards. Even for the first 6 rounds it would be competitive and I'm not sure BJS would even be ahead after 6.

^^^^^^^^Because they're hypocrites. They want to portray Floyd, Cotto, and Canelo as "business man" but portray themselves as "gladiators." They want Canelo to win because they want that money! They chose Brook over Lara because they want that money! If they never talked that "business man" and "154-168" BS, no one would be criticizing GGG vs. Brook!

Stop it already. Andrade said Lara is a last resort fight.Per PBC promoter - Lou DiBella, Lara/Golovkin has network issues.
DiBella would like to see @GGGBoxing fight a true welterweight or a heavier opponent. When I asked about Jacobs or Lara, told "TV problems."

I'm sorry I meant to say a true middleweight or someone heavier for @GGGBoxing

And Lara should be concerned with a guy in his own division that's trying to fight him in Andrade.Comment

That's what I thought. The BoxingScene article was on July 4th. Somehow, Andrade re-thought his position!Comment

However Amir was a star @ Showtime and PBC, but he fought on HBO. When was the last time an HBO star fought on Showtime, and I don't mean a situation like Floyd or Ruslan, which both left HBO.I hate Golovkin/Brook and I would love Andrade/Lara, the ball is in Lara's court to make the Andrade fight. Artie Peullo is trying to make the fight working with Showtime.
As for HBO blocking Golovkin/Lara, I don't believe it. I think they would love it b/c they believe Golovkin would beat Lara badly (just based on how Lara looked vs Vanes) and they could use that fight to compare/build the Canelo fight.
I think Showtime is the problem. Espinoza has been very vocal lately about Golovkin, giving multiple interviews on how he wants to do a joint network deal for Golovkin/Jacobs. It's my belief that Showtime/Espinoza simply don't want to give HBO a big name opponent for Golovkin.Comment
