The first "attempt" to make that fight was a question by HBO LMAO

They asked Ward if he was ready NOW, and he said "no, I need 1 tuneup first as I have been inactive for 18 months"..... and only a mindless turd would call that unreasonable..... then immediately following the Smith fight Ward approached Team Bull**** only to be told..... Ward, 164 or No Fight.....
Mandalay Bay, Las Vegas - Abel Sanchez, trainer of WBA/IBO middleweight champion Gennady 'GGG' Golovkin, has made it absolutely clear that he's not going to bud

The second attempt by Roc Nation to make that fight resulted in Team Bull**** rejecting their offer in 25 minutes flat..... which means they didn't even read it LMAO

Why would you fanboii's prefer to cut off one of your fingers rather than admit that lil'G ducked Ward ?

Keep spinning those wheels son !!
Ward didn't make any attempt to fight GGG immediately after he fought Smith. That is complete bollocks.

The rest of it is just Abel sounding off, turning Ward's own double standards against him. Dawson had to come down, and Golovkin would have to go up. That annoyed Abel, and it's easy to see why.

It's hilarious when Abel starts laying the law down to Soggy. He knows what a self entitled diva Ward is and pays him back in kind. I love it.

It's almost as if they should fight each other in September!!
Maybe Golovkin will be fortunate enough to be given the opportunity to fight on Canelo's undercard. That way he can be on a PPV people actually buy!

Hmmm. I think he wanted to emphasize that Canelo is in reality a bigger middleweight than GGG, your argument is valid if Ward stay the same 168lb at fight night, but you should now that it is impossible, when GGG is 172 Andre will probably be around 180-185 at fight night. And there is no need to say words such "Golovtards", everyone entitles to his/her own opinion, no need to insult others.

What is LAME of these Canelo fans is that the REAL ISSUE is that Canelo is the laughing stock and embarrassment of the Boxing world and not GGG! Canelo, not GGG is the ONLY MIDDLEWEIGHT champion in history that was UNWILLING to fight a 160 pound fighter and instead gave up his title!!! And they cant defend that! This has never been about GGG, he has never done anything that he can be charged with that would make him become the brunt of all jokes! This is about what Canelo did and what do Canelo fans do when they CANNOT defend the indefensible???? They attack another fighter instead!!! They are the prime example of deflecting!!! Transparent like glass!

Maybe Oscar let the fight happen now that he's out money from the lawsuit.

GGG or retire, stop disgracing the sport of boxing and more importantly Mexico, GGG at 160 September, no more excuses. Fans will boycott Canelo otherwise.

lol, you have no idea, canelo fought angulo and lara with no titles on the line, and most of my friends thought canelo was the champion, an even more each one of those non-title fights did better ppv numbers than cotto-maravilla for the MW crown...
pac-marquez 4 is another example where casuals didnt even know there was no titles on the line...
lets see if ggg can headline a ppv fight with all the titles he has...

Lets see Canelo do another ppv without GGG. Atleast Khan was little popular. If Mayweather, Pacman, and Cotto are not available GGG is the biggest draw.
