Jacobs would beat the hell out of Canelo.

Jacobs he lost to Pirog when he was 23.

What was GGG doing when he was 23??
Could he beat Pirog at 23??

I think regardless of these Charlo brothers, cotto or Andrade, he still beats most if not all of them. Canelos pretty experienced now. I would love to see GGG vs Chavez Jr. Tho lol

Yea, I see you clowns doing that all the time.

If he's so AWESOME how come he's NOT in anyone's top 10 P4P list??? And funny how the experts have Canelo in the Top #10. I'm sure they know more about boxing g then you do.

I made that EXACT same statement after the Cotto fight.

When the WBC deferred Golovkin's mandatory, I stated that Canelo's next opponent will reveal his intentions..... and he selected the welterweight Khan.

              1) it is CLEARLY OBVIOUS that the A-side Canelo is not going to give the B-side Golovkin any advantages in that fight..... that fact is CLEARLY FKN OBVIOUS

              2) Canelo selected Khan, making his future intentions CLEARLY OBVIOUS

Considering those 2 CLEARLY OBVIOUS points, what did Team Bull**** do in order to make that fight happen?

And another $7.5 million in attendance sales. If that's losing money then boxing is in REAL trouble! You need to recheck your math because your wrong...
Don't know the financials of Canelo-Khan. But, GGG fans often overhype his ability to sellout arenas. His ticket prices are really cheap compared to legitimate star fighters. I compare him to Deontay Wilder. Wilder sells out a nearly 10K seat arena in Birmingham with ticket prices very similar to what GGG. Obviously, GGG is selling out multiple venues, in different parts of the country. But the true gage of star power is PPV. And high dollar ticket costs. And GGG comes up very short in both those areas.

As much as I disagree with Malignaggi on a lot of his boxing analysis, this is one stance that I agree completely. There isn't much places for Canelo to go without facing social backlash. If he goes back to fighting at 155, he will be skewered. If he goes back to 154 & doesn't fight a legit champ, he will be skewered. If he fights at 154 & doesn't look good, he will be skewered. If he fights at 154 & loses, he will be skewered. If he fights at 160 & doesn't choose a legit opponent, he will be skewered. If he fights at 160 & loses, he will be skewered. That leaves Canelo, as Malignaggi said, with very few options. If he goes back to 154, he can only choose among the top guys like Andrade, Charlo (the good one), Lara rematch, or J-rock...any other choice will be seen as a step down...even choosing Liam Smith will be a step down for Canelo. If he goes to 160, Eubanks Jr. or higher ranked 160's are his only options. Canelo literally f#cked himself. The only fight that would redeem Canelo is to fight GGG...& that is literally the most dangerous fight for him. Mexicans don't f#ck around, right?...right??

FYI - you just admitted that you are a silly casual-fan

                    Paulie > YOU

Seriously kid, on what planet could you be correct, and Paulie be wrong ?

Again..... Paulie > YOU, period !

Exactly what was it that first convinced you that you know more about boxing than Paulie does? Let me guess..... it was Paulie's opinion regarding Pacquiao/steroids, wasn't it?

                    Right ?

Shut the f#ck up, troll. As a boxing fan, I am entitled to my own opinions. I don't often agree with Paulie because he speaks too much like a representative of the company that pays him. And I actually complimented Paulie by agreeing with him. I don't know what your beef is...but it seems you're just looking for a fight. So, go back to your bridge & fight your own inner demons...
