its such a drag that cotto and canelo decided to go after the middle weight belt from a shot sergio martinez, its to bad a near prime martinez didnt get to fight ggg, golovkin should have come over sooner, that was the fight that he needed, regarding cotto and canelo theyve both been a ****stain to the middle weight division and are now screwing golvkin and kissing each others ass about it. pathetic

Ur a joke dude. Neither are true middle weights. Hell Cotto started at 140 and really to be honest should be fighting at 147 no higher then 154. He fought Canelo well when Canelo probably had 20 lbs on him come fight night. Cotto fought smart but clearly could not **** with canelo

Canelo could probably **** with GGG for 6-10 rounds but would loose by ko more then likely.
GGG is the man at 160, period. I mean GGG has not fought great comp. At his weight but there is nobody right now really for him besides Canelo and still GGG only has 350 more amauter fights then him.
All these people jump on here and call Canelo or Cotto a coward are idiots. They fought the best available and not dodging prime fighters like Floyd and others. Hell Ggg is being called out by Lara. No he is not a draw but he is something GGG has never fought.
            More to come

He's right about the amount of champions watering down the sport. As he said, 4 (or more) titles per division is crazy. It's a joke.
But, Cotto didn't always complain when he was fighting for one of those titles.

I like Cotto, always been a fan, but i can't agree with everything he says. He says that several titles per division is making boxing lose it's credibility. That's true..but winning and defending a MW title in successive CW's as he and Canelo have done, certainly isn't doing anything for the credibility of the sport.

Draining opponents and paying step a-side money to mandatories doesn't do anything for the credibility of the sport.

Cotto talks about how having more than one champion has diminished the sport and allowed UFC to rise in popularity.
The thing is, in UFC the title holder faces his mandatory..he doesn't offer step a-side money as Cotto has done. You can't have it both ways.

After watching canelo v Lara I think GGG takes out canelo in 6.

why does everyone suck off floyd about his ppv numbers. Correct me if I'm wrong but his three highest ppv were against 3 great popular fighters who brought their own following to the table. Pac, Oscar and canelo on the other end of those 3 fights.
