I don't think an appeal would be an attack on the athletic commission. The NSAC had very little to do with the IV. He really would have been "biting" USADA.

you may look at it that way, but nsac had made pronouncements that only nsac can issue tue....though nothing really came out of it for whatever reason....

remember, one nsac member resigned over the pac floyd fiasco....i would only touch on this in passing as to point out that not everything was on the up and up in the nsac specially when the issue of "disciplining pac" was up in the air....

i am not aware, if any disciplinary action was given to pac....

I am not sure, but Martinez couldn't wear the knee support he needed. Even if he could, I think Cotto would have taken him. Cotto is a great fighter.

In my opinion, his fight with Canelo was closer than the score cards indicated.
