750ml? of iv and 3 weeks retroactive for a case of dehydration that was not also in the pre-fight form?

Currently..... NSAC doesn't regulate USADA, they are contracted by the fighters/promoters..... and the ONLY entity they are accountable to, is WADA.

It would be much better if the commission did regulate USADA, or at least oversee the entire process..... they need to be more involved, and the results should definitely be on public record.
it only shows that floyd was not after cleaning up the sports after all when he demanded USADA, but to exploit the loop holes.

Are you suggesting that 750ml of IV fluid is something special? More IV fluid is given to treat a hangover. And again, that a retroactive TUE could be granted existed in WADA's ISTUE before this fight was even thought of as a legit possibility. If you need a link to WADA's ISTUE, I can link you to it.

i think there is a restriction or proper procedure for the administration of iv that was not followed in floyd's case....and the three weeks late tue should be construed with the way the request of the other camp was handled...

i can venture to say that where the case of floyd was treated with leniency the same could not be said with the manner pac's case was handled....of course, it would be pointed out that one was handled by nsac and the other by usada....

i think the discrepancy, or say, problem is being addressed now by nsac....

You are right. They were two complete separate cases and I don't see how you could compare the treatment of one with the other, when it's clear you are referring to how they were treated by different en******.

From the beginning, NSAC made it clear that there was no su****ion of Floyd and that their beef was with USADA. I think perhaps they realized that in this situation their angst was misguided, but who knows.

On the other hand, they gave very clear reasons why Pac was refused pain killers. It doesn't seem to me that they treated him unfairly or with disrespect. If he failed to prove his injury (even Roach said he seemed 100% before going out for the fight), then there is no way toradol should have been allowed. What exactly do you believe was unfair?

that the situation where two en****** can treat such cases 180 degrees differently is not fair, by all means....the excuse there being two separate en****** has been now seen as not in the interest of boxing....hence, nsac is on the verge of making *********s to its policies/procedures that will include the testing agencies....
