Again show me where Sergio said that he injured his already known & discussed bad knee 4 days before the fight. And show me where he talks about his elbow was injured the day before the fight.

If we only need any previous discussion about injures ala Sergio's knee than surely you should be okay with Manny's rotator cuff problem cuz this was not the first mention of it that I recall.

THIS is all Pacquiao had to do. Before the fight, say "I have a shoulder problem, I need a shot". Mark on the form "I have an injury and need a shot". After the fight, gets schooled, but so what? We know he's damaged goods. Later fights Tim Bradley, beats him, looks even MORE impressive having beaten a top welter with a pre-existing injury.

Instead, Pacquiao, Arum and Roach all made it seem like nothing was wrong. Then they dismiss Floyd's win making up the injury excuse. People question why he marked he wasn't injured if he was injured.

To this day we don't know when the injury happened because of so many lies.

Yes, people have a right to sue. He marked the form improperly - or he didn't. It reeks of a scam by Top Rank.
LOL see all this stinks of you being TR & Manny butthurt or a Manny hater. I was on the Floyd bandwagon since he was on his first Michigan Golden Gloves title. I was throwing up gang signs spelling out f#ck Manny in this Floyd vs Manny **** since it got mentioned for the first time & I've been saying what happened would happen since day 1. Thing is this is bigger than Manny or Sergio or any one fighter.

You surely can't be ignorant enough about boxing to think Manny did something crazy no one else has every done. We live in a pussified society now where everyone is looking for free **** if they can get it. Or are looking to hustle mfers if they can find a hustle. Boxers aren't of this pussified time in how they operate. They fight hurt. It'd be f#cking dumb to tell your opponent you are hurt. This is not anything thats not been done a million f#cking times man. Thats the part you & a couple others keep ignoring. GUYS FIGHT HURT ALL THE TIME & NO ONE F#CKING KNOWS EXCEPT THEIR GUYS. Thats the reality. F#ck Manny.

This lawsuit going anywhere (which it won't btw, cuz its f#cking ******) changes the landscape of boxing cuz no one can fight injured anymore cuz the fighter, the promoter, the network would openly themselves up to being sued & you can't talk to fighters after fights cuz they might say something that opens up all parties to lawsuits. I don't for the life of me see how you don't see that is the reality here & mainly I don't see it as issue at all its such a uncommon thing. Mostly you just seen like a Manny hater who's overly consumed with seeing bad things happen to Manny, but there is a much bigger reality at work here regardless if Manny lied about being injured or not.

@5:39 Saying that the attorneys filed paperwork about the injury with the NSAC.

Now look at the NSAC's side:
“I found out about the issue just after 6 (p.m.),” he said. “They never filed any legal paperwork with the commission prior to the fight that he was hurt. We had Dr. (Timothy) Trainor and Dr. (James) Game check him out, and it was an easy decision on our part.”

Is Arum lying again? What paperwork one week before? He disclosed what medication they took on the medical form the day before the fight, but no injury. He attempted to make it seem like he did disclose the injury (one week before, mind you). So I don't think Arum was too worried about trying to throw NSAC under the bus.

Seems to me that because of what NSAC said, it would have boded much better to appeal being that they had a beef with USADA in the beginning.

When it comes to disciplining Pac, the problem is that Pac's team made the mistake of trying to place blame on the NSAC. They claimed the NSAC knew about the injury a week ahead of time. Because of that accusation, the NSAC came back talking about disciplinary action. Old Bob was trying to cover his a$$ by saying he filed paperwork disclosing the injury, and the NSAC said you won't get away with blaming us, and if you want to go there, we will go in on you.
and yet, you conveniently ignore that one nsac commissioner resigned stating the pac floyd fiasco was the last straw that made him quit.....

And yet you ignore everything I wrote. You said Bob wouldn't bite the hand that fed him. I showed that he didn't give 2 ****s about NSAC when he tried to blame them for pacquiao's problem. HE FLAT OUT TOLD A LIE TO PLACE THEM AT THE HELM OF THE BLAME. Is it my fault that you don't like this?

One person resigned. What is your point? The NSAC had nothing to do with the IV issue, as most of us can clearly see, and one of their employees disagreed apparently. Good for him for standing up for his erroneous belief that only the NSAC should give TUEs...even in the situation where a TUE would be unnecessary according to their rules. Hope he found a gig that he can have full control over.

Arum got what he's suppose to get
Pac got what he's supposed to get (that lose has no meaning because he's got 3 of them before hand)

if they sue do you think pac vs bradley 2 and 3 would happen?

but they not suing does not mean pac was not robbed against bradley.

same is true with Pac vs Flloyd.

                red corner won fact

correction fluid made floyd won Fact

what was genius floyd fans contention round 4 and 6 LOL

evidencce shows there were not only two questionable rounds scored on pac vs bradley.

did bob really bite? it is all air and nothing more....

what you wrote clearly indicates nsac failed to act fairly in pac's request and on the iv issue.....

"The NSAC had nothing to do with the IV issue,"

nsac is the boxing governing body...

does nsac has to wait for an appeal to set the line straight who really between nsac and usada has the authority to issue tue? usada is just a testing agency.... again, nsac is the boxing governing body.....why would the iv and tue issues be sacrosanct and beyond nsac control? because usada was handpicked by floyd? so it has the final say?

and a tue 3 weeks late? ha ha ha

my post is related to post #92 on why floyd was not sued!

it is not about showtime suing nsac or tr....

try harder, boy! and be good at it!

                      Good point.

Lucky that Mayweather took that IV when he needed it.

They luckily avoided a horrible tragedy
