Bingo! I've stated over and over that one of the biggest pieces of evidence in Floyd's favor with regards to the IV issue is that Paquiao declined to appeal to NSAC. We all know that Arum would have for sure been all over that if there were a chance.

I believe it was a defamation lawsuit. Floyd said unprovable things.

I don't think an appeal would be an attack on the athletic commission. The NSAC had very little to do with the IV. He really would have been "biting" USADA.
