Exactly, the excuse came back to bite them badly. They should have just been silent. There was too much money on the line, worldwide, over that fight. The guts of the plot is that after they lost they then disclose an excuse citing injury going into the fight and changed it later to it happened during , that double talk then makes them libel for a whole range of issues from people paying to watch it and from the betting side of things , both are class actions .
Manny and Co fcked up throwing out a BS excuse after the fact in a fight that generated that much money , the day before the fight Manny is telling his followers to put everything on him he will win , then he loses and just like he always does some time after the fact , invents an excuse , this time its going to bite them on the ass .Comment

I'm amazed at how much was spent on fighting these dumbass lawsuits. How is it even a thing you can sue over a guy not disclosing an injury?
This happens all the time in combat sports cuz it'd be really f#cking ****** to say how your right hand has been bothering you going into a fight for obvious reasons. And where is the boundary drawn with this sorta ****.
Can I sue Netflix & Kevin Spacey if Spacey told were to tell Entertainment Weekly that during the most recent season of House of Cards he was really sick & didn't think he acted to the best of his ability?
Can I sue fast food restaurants cuz clearly someone is always having a bad day there cuz that **** ain't looked like it does in the commercial since 1952?Comment
