GGG is making something happen. He is fighting his mandatory challenger for the IBF title and after Canelo fights Khan the winner of that has to agree to fight Golovkin next or be stripped of the WBC belt, which Golovkin with then pick up by default.

Golovkin is in a great position right now to take his career and profile to new heights. All he has to do is keep fighting, and winning, at 160, and by the end of next year he will be the undisputed, unified MW champion and one of the biggest names in boxing.

I can name 12 better fighters EASILY at MW better then Wade.

I cant name that many against Sullivan at LHW. Go ahead and name 10 better? Make sure copy and paste your list so when he gets a crack at one and wins I'll be sure remind you.

ESPN had him RANKED @7 before he lost...

MW that Will and WOULD beat Wade. And I'll back it upwith whatever..

Not sure why Danny Jacob not in the conversation?

People act as if Danny Jacobs doesn't exist. GGG has yet to call him out after that Quillen fight. GGG has options however doesn't seem to want to take the risk. Saunders in the UK would be a nice payday so I get it but if he beat Canelo he's still fighting a undersized fighter. I'll give GGG credit for fighting DeGale if that happens which I'm very skeptical.

They aren't considering him. Boxingscene has made a few articles from the same two quotes (one from Loeffler, one from Hearn) but just change the titles.

The hearn quote is saying he spoke to Leoffler, who said Golovkin won't go below 160 for Brook and the Loeffler quote he's just verifying that Hearn did contact him, but it seems unlikely and that no serious discussion has taken place, and in the same interview Leoffler says they are going after Canelo first obviously, if that fails for whatever reason then they target Saunders and if that also fails then the best options are Jacobs or DeGale perhaps.

Kell Brook is willing to go up 10lbs and Loeffler is not sure about his fighter dropping down 3lbs?

                  Come on, man.

from 168 and under the Degale fight is the most competitive fight available for GGG, no one else poses as big of a threat as Degale does.

                    hope the fight happens 2016-2017

Sounds like you have it the other way around:

“Being able to make this fight with Wade, if (Golovkin is) successful, then certainly a fight with Danny Jacobs, who is clearly at the top also of the middleweight division – he had a very impressive knockout of Peter Quillin,” Loeffler told ******.com. “And Gennady being able to sell out (Madison Square Garden) in his last fight – you can only imagine how big a fight between Gennady and Jacobs would be in New York. That would be a monster fight in the New York area. From our side, there wouldn’t be any obstacles to making that fight.” - Tom Loeffler

Loeffler has repeatedly said the priorities are the titles - Canelo (WBC/mandatory, Ring) and Saunders (WBO). If they cannot get either, Jacobs is the next best option.
