Floyd is the record holder for most ppv' sold so I guess a lot of people found his fights exciting.

That is the fight where Floyd gives Gatti a cheap shot when the ref asks them to break and knocks down Gatti. If it was someone else, they may have even been DQd.
ref actually said stop punching. floyd's like well he must be talking to gatti and not me and knocked him down. ref's like yep i was talking to gatti only and started counting

uh that's exactly what happened. i'm sorry you don't like reality but thats what happened. go watch it. he says stop punching and floyd punches gatti and then the ref even shakes his head and starts rushing in to admonish floyd, but then floyd throws another punch and knocks gatti down and he just completely forgets that he just said stop punching and starts counting.

this is called bad reffing. this is called biased reffing. i know a lot of refs ignore the rules and let a-side fighters do whatever they want but now they are even ignoring their own commands lmfao

It depends what you consider boring.

What you're entertained by is subjective.

I find Mayweather entertaining to watch whereas I don't find Bradon Rios particularly entertaining to watch despite the fact a lot of people do.

The maidana vs floyd 2 was a clinchfest snoozefest can't believe kenny bayless allowing it over and over without warning.

Most defensive fighters are. Even his best fans have to admit he wasn't as exciting given his talent. But that's what comes with fighting defensively.

Can we please drop all the pretence and just admit it: he's one of the most talented fighters of all time, but he was also one of the most boring. His 49-0 is an achievement, I admit, but out of the 49 fights there are probably only a few I find interesting, and that's being very generous.
If you are a hater who started watching him in 2012 or 2013 and think boxing should consist of two men with bricks taped to their hand who slug it out in the center of a ring, then it is understandable why you would think it is boring. If you started watching him early in his career when he was fighting at 130 and truly appreciate boxing skills, you would think differently.

Young fans that are more into slugfests might think so but no one that is really into boxing is bored with Floyd , any tough can windmill and throw haymakers while his head is up on a pole waiting to be clocked but what Floyd can do in a boxing ring is poetry in motion , the only caveat is you better really understand boxing to see the pure genius thats in Floyds boxing , the biggest trouble with Floyd is he makes great fighters look ordinary .
