The TUE was granted 21 days later after the fight .

Which means at the time of the fight, the IV infusion was illegal because the TUE was not even applied for.

The granted TUE was for the IV infusion at the time of the fight not after it because the TUE no longer serves its purpose since the fight was done and over with.
Floyd fans don't clearly say it was not illegal, but (instead) they say Floyd should be entitled to get away with anything... because that's what he used to do...

Floyd is the "A side" over everybody, so he can't do anything illegal.

And apparently the whole boxing industry including networks and writers just give up with insufficient evidence because Floyd is magically above the law or makes boxing as a whole a garbage sport because he controls everything?

this is what HBO has to surrender to correct? sure! as if no other sports or athletes have ever been challenged or accused of cheating. might as well say Lionel Messi or Ronaldo can't do anything illegal because they are the A sides in bringing revenue to football.

Do realize the FBI did a smackdown on FIFA recently on its CEOs. You're telling me Floyd has accumulated more than FIFA or no feds dare to take on Floyd or boxing? cmon man lol

              Oh really?

              1.1.3. Retroactive TUEs

There are situations for which TUEs may be granted retroactively.
Nevertheless, even if a potential retroactive TUE case is examined, under
no circumstances does this provide any guarantee that the TUE will be
granted. The evaluation procedure is the same as that for the standard
TUE application. The application will be studied by the relevant TUEC,
              which will issue its decision.
In accordance with Article 4.3 of the International Standard for TUEs, the
following two situations may result in a retroactive TUE:
              © WADA World Anti-Doping Programme Version 6.0
              TUE Guidelines January 2012
              - 14 -
              1. Emergency treatment or treatment of an acute medical
              condition.
              2. If, due to exceptional circumstances, there was insufficient time
or opportunity for an applicant to submit, or a TUEC to consider, an
              application prior to doping control.

look at how your logic works

NSAC problem was with USADA when it was floyd who administered IV without TUE for 21 days.

and that is what NSAC calls "unacceptable."

when NSAC realizes the magnitude of their statement which will result to confusion and how they will resolve those billions of dollars of bet that already changed hand, they suddenly retracted what they said a week ago and made another statement saying "Floyd did nothing wrong"

now the question is what is unacceptable with floyd's doing nothing wrong?
