Technically I am a genius, but I am not a boxing fan, let alone a Floyd fan. I am a fan of logic. You root for fighters, I root for logic.
You haven't proven anything. Nobody of consequence is alleging that Floyd did anything wrong. Not the athletic commission, not the independent drug testing organization, not the promoters.
You have no way of knowing whether Floyd was feeling dehydrated. A paramedic and USADA officer witnessed his condition before he was administered the IV.
IV use, in any amount, for any reason, was 100% legal in Nevada.
All you're offering the community is wild illogical conspiracy theories.Comment

It's already been explained to you. If you'd take your head out of the sand, you'd already know the answer, but I'll go ahead and answer again anyway.
NSAC said it was unacceptable for USADA to not notify NSAC of their findings.
Had nothing to do with Floyd. Everything Floyd did was 100% acceptable.
USADA did not notify NSAC because IV use, in any amount, for any reason, was already 100% legal in Nevada.Comment

Because IV use was 100% legal in Nevada any amount for any reason. Had Floyd drank gatorade instead, he wouldn't have had to notify the commission either. Then why did they allow Floyd for not disclosing his dehydration and still allowed floyd to have TUE applied for 19 days later?
Then add an statement that says "floyd did nothing wrong"
But, had Floyd & Manny VOLUNTARILY AGREED to notify an independent third party about any gatorade use, they would be obligated to notify that third party due to their contractual arrangement.
If the voluntariy agreement called for an exemption request to be submitted within X amount of days after any gatorade use, they would be obligated to follow that protocol.
Manny & Floyd agreed to VOLUNTARY PROTOCOLS for the use of something that was already 100% legal in Nevada, in any amount, for any reason.
Everything was done by the book. You're whining because the fighter you like didn't win. Everything else is childish psychobabble on your part.Comment

Youre wasting your time with that fool you will only get frustrated with his lack of intelligence .It's already been explained to you. If you'd take your head out of the sand, you'd already know the answer, but I'll go ahead and answer again anyway.

keep the spanking genius floyd fansTechnically I am a genius, but I am not a boxing fan, let alone a Floyd fan. I am a fan of logic. You root for fighters, I root for logic.
i am not going to argue with you about this, whatever you say mate.
You haven't proven anything. Nobody of consequence is alleging that Floyd did anything wrong. Not the athletic commission, not the independent drug testing organization, not the promoters.
If what i have said did not prove you anything, (NSAC Doctor, Floyd's own filled and signed documents, USADA and NSAC never said categorically verbally or in documents that Floyd was dehydrated)
what makes you think this thing that you said proves anything? logic and genius you are right?
NSAC saying what they did was "UNACCEPTABLE" means floyd did nothing wrong, right?
You have no way of knowing whether Floyd was feeling dehydrated. A paramedic and USADA officer witnessed his condition before he was administered the IV.
Yeah you are correct i have no way of knowing Floyd was dehydrated, and so memo and ariza and ellerbe and usada collection staff. there were no doctors there how many times do i have to tell you that
why was the first statement coming from Floyd's team was that it was a registered nurse who administered the IV, but when pressed what was that registred nurse name the revised their statement to paramedic and yet still can not provide the person's name. choose to remain silent after that.
Did i just not told you to give the name of that paramedic?
or there was no doctor on USADA staff certified to ascertain Floyd was dehydrated?
IV use, in any amount, for any reason, was 100% legal in Nevada.
All you're offering the community is wild illogical conspiracy theories.
now this confirms how genius you are.
establish first if Floyd was dehydrated and you have not done that, yet you keep on saying the bold one.Last edited by Rath; 02-15-2016, 11:26 PM.Comment
