You like most people on the forum have never boxed, have NO boxing Authority even at the amatuer level , you are not an athletics commissioner, judge, referee, time keeper , or trainer. The only thing your going to do is PAY to watch floyd 50th fight then make a thousand post crying on nsb. Im not even a floyd fan and I dont understand why he gets so much attention when theres better things to discuss with much more relevent boxers.
another genius floyd fan having a hard time answering a simple question.

was the iV legal on the night of the fight?

The granted TUE was for the IV infusion at the time of the fight not after it because the TUE no longer serves its purpose since the fight was done and over with.
The IV was 100% legal under the rules of Nevada.

In addition to Nevada's regulations, Manny and Floyd voluntarily agreed to additional regulations. Even though the IV was already 100% legal under the rules of Nevada, Manny and Floyd voluntarily agreed that USADA would be notified of any IV use and that USADA would determine whether the use was legitimate.

As was voluntarily agreed to, USADA was notified of the IV use, USADA investigated whether the use was legitimate and determined that it was.

The IV was 100% legal according to Nevada rules and the voluntary agreement between Manny & Floyd outlined specific protocols in the event of IV use and those protocols were followed.

If an IV is used the day before a fight, USADA is going to need time to determine if the use was legitimate. That is why you file for the exemption, as outlined in Manny & Floyd's voluntary agreement, then USADA investigates and eventually makes their determination after investigating the exemption.

Everything was done 100% within the rules. If it wasn't, Top Rank would have sued for breach of contract.

You are incorrect. The IV was 100% legal under the rules of Nevada.

Manny & Floyd voluntarily agreed to notify USADA of any IV use so USADA could conclude whether the use was legitimate. All protocols were followed and USADA determined the use was legitimate.

                Floyd did nothing wrong.

They have a little bit of knowledge , you know how the saying goes , the real problem is they are too busy trying to make a case against him they throw anything out there and hope something sticks , when it fails as they always does they start a new thread and do it all over again , cant be forgetting these posters are extremist for the save Manny cause .

If he was an olympic athlete he would have been banned for 4 years.

Fortunately for him boxing isnt bound by WADA or they would have appealed the decision at the court of arbitration for sport.

a TUE must be applied for and approved under the WADA code before beginnng any use.

Of course boxing is corrupt as **** so none of that matters. But Floyd did cheat get caught and got let off, same as Peterson.

If it was the Olympics none of this would have happened because it would have been illegal under their protocol , the testing for boxing is Olympic STYLE testing with the emphasis on the word STYLE , that means its similar but not identical .

The Olympics have Olympic Testing , they dont have the word STYLE in any reference to there system .
