But, had Floyd & Manny VOLUNTARILY AGREED to notify an independent third party about any gatorade use, they would be obligated to notify that third party due to their contractual arrangement.

If the voluntariy agreement called for an exemption request to be submitted within X amount of days after any gatorade use, they would be obligated to follow that protocol.

Manny & Floyd agreed to VOLUNTARY PROTOCOLS for the use of something that was already 100% legal in Nevada, in any amount, for any reason.

Everything was done by the book. You're whining because the fighter you like didn't win. Everything else is childish psychobabble on your part.
keep saying Pac and Floyd agreed to this and that.

    provide that document please.

i have already seen how you lie

like 22 urine samples tested hahahahaha

NSAC said it was unacceptable for USADA to not notify NSAC of their findings.

Had nothing to do with Floyd. Everything Floyd did was 100% acceptable.

USADA did not notify NSAC because IV use, in any amount, for any reason, was already 100% legal in Nevada.
and is it not the point of this thread?

was the IV legal on the night of the fight?

if they don't have TUE on the night of the fight and not even applied for it

then floyd breach the contract with Pac that they agreed to have TUE's for this and that.

what exactly i the point of hiring USADA if they are not going to notify NSAC of anything.

and what exactly is USADA point of notifying NSAC 21 days later? they don't have to right?

      • FROM USADA:

"The information in Mr. Hauser’s article concerning the final contract for USADA to run the anti-doping program for the Mayweather/Pacquiao fight is inaccurate.

The final contract signed by both fighters was clear that any TUE that was granted would be sent to the opposing fighter within 24-hours and that the granting of TUEs would be determined by USADA in its sole discretion in accordance with the WADA International Standards for TUEs, which includes retroactive TUEs. Any approved TUE will also be sent to the Nevada State Athletic Commission. TUE processing is a normal part of all international anti-doping programs."

so have you answered the question already?

was the IV infusion legal on the night of the fight.

or deflection and diversion would be the appropriate answer

                  from a genius floyd fan?
