Notice that WADA does not allow retroactive TUE's for treatment chronic conditions. Then we have of course WADA specifically addressing IV in my above quote that forbids TUE's for any dehydration other than severe. So chronic dehydration would not qualify for a standard TUE because WADA has explicitly addressed it so consider it an exception.

Its a false statement. You can detect EPO form properly stored old samples that is proven. She lied to cover for the labs failure to catch a cheat.
