1. Since no certified USADA DCO in site can diagnose severe dehydration at that time.

2. If there was a nurse, that nurse has no authority to administer IV use, according to wada, only a medical practitioner with the right credential can diagnose sever dehydration. Since their is a list of rules to follow before IV use and TUE is approved. This rules have to be met.

Still, no nurse spoke for him.

3 if their was a doctor on site, that doctor's name is no where to be found, since he knows if this blows off. He can't justify giving Froid IVS.

4. The best explanation is, there was no medical practitioner to diagnose Froid of IVS. Hence, this major cover up.


Pac's doctor spoke when asked by the media and spoke his mind and cleared his good name. Pac didn't request this. The media just did it.

I agree with the stuff above this bold. Not below so much. I used to work for fortune 50 company, as a consultant, and there were doctors who sold their souls for less than Floyd can afford to pay!! Scam artists beyond belief.

In the states, you go to get your teeth cleaned, you pay the co payment if you have insurance. Takes one trip to do your whole mouth right!!!

In Japan, it takes 4 trips, usually, these dentists clean a quarter of your mouth at a time??? Why??? They want that co pay 4 times!! So they make you show up four ****ing times to do a job that is a one stop in America..

My ***ish boss in NY didn't believe me, at first, missing an hour and a half 4 times to get my teeth cleaned, until other gaijin said... That is how it is!!
