I dont know what that loser quoted, he's on my ignore list. But like I said, this 155 bull**** is 10x worse than Pac:
1. Pac won 6 divisional titles without CWs. Canelo 1st was 150 (failed to make by 2lbs) vs bum Hatton, 2nd 155 vs small Cotto.
2. Pac was coming up in weight both times, not defending the fcuking lineal belt
3. He wasn't blowing up 20lbs fight night
4. He's never try to pull lower division + 1lb b1tch move. Who does that?
Can somebody please re-post this comment exposing HeroBando for the shameless fanboy that he is.
It would humor me greatly if he knew that people are laughing at him.
Guys, check out HeroBando supporting Pac's catchweights at 147/154.....
Pac had no intention of moving to welter, he got an offer he couldnt refuse from a guy unranked at welter, who was dropping down in weight. 9 months prior Pac was at 130, with a single fight at 135 since. Pac won no title vs Dlh, Cotto was his first legit welter opponent
Otoh Floyd was a 2x champ at Sww prior to Canelo. Reigning champ as well, forget diamond belt, he won the wba belt from Cotto (per Floyd, undefeated since Pac was a cw lol), hence the Canelo unification. The fcuker has held a sww belt continuously since Cotto in 2012, with 0 defenses at regulation weightThanks for that link. Jeeze Cotto is such a weasel. Pac indeed didnt want to go above 147, then Cotto taunted him into offering 150:
WBA junior middleweight champion Miguel Cotto is counting the numbers on the check. Puerto Rico's biggest star told Raul Alzaga that his final decision, regarding his next opponent, will be determined by money. Cotto and members of his team are evaluating two possible scenarios - a fight with Floyd Mayweather Jr. on May 5th at the MGM Grand in Las Vegas, or a rematch with Manny Pacquiao on June 9th - also in Las Vegas.
Then passed when offer came cause he didnt like CWs lol. Thats 1 year after demanding to defend his 154 belt at 150 vs one eyed noncontender Marg. And of course his MW campaign is all CWSo it's ok because another fighter imposed a CW on Martinez, Cotto can do it too? Lol. And he put a CW on Marg 2, demanded to defend his title at 150, with a 160 rehydration clause lol. So that's 2, same number that Pac imposed, but Pac only did it in his 7th and 8th division. Cotto in his 3rd and 4th, both vs disabled guys (one eye, one knee)
Questionable? Who isn't in boxing? If he was drained, Cotto must have been on EPO to run that marathon vs the midget.HeroBando.....
You have defended Pacquiao's catchweights on NUMEROUS occasions.....
And get this, what have we here, this excuse really interests me.....
So, when Pacquiao demanded a 145lb catchweight from Cotto for his WBO welterweight title..... you justified that catchweight demand by stating that "Pac had no intention of moving to welter"..... but now when Canelo makes a catchweight demand from Golovkin, you think that Canelo is a coward, despite Canelo publicly stating that he has no interest in middleweight?
And btw, Pac fought Clottey after Cotto..... and yet Canelo has stated that he is staying at 154/155 for the next two years.
AND..... you made the exact same excuse for Margarito at 150.....
It appears that jedi and that plunger ****tard were not the only silly casual fans who got shown up today.Comment

Most likely outcomes in order
a) Canelo's team pays GGG's team to (i) step aside to Canelo so he doesn't have to fight GGG as mandatory at MW, with an agreement to fight after that but (ii) at 157/8
b) Canelo's team pays GGG's team to fight GGG right away at 157/8
c) Canelo vacates and GGG fights Lee/Saunders
I find it hard to believe Canelo will want to abandon his brand (not afraid of anyone, will fight anyone, will fight the best) as in c) above, so I'm thinking a) and b) are much more likely. I think a) has the edge.
So here's my best guess.
Canelo pays GGG to step aside
GGG fights Lee/Saunders and Canelo fights whoever
then
Canelo and GGG fight at 157/8
We shall see.
If this is going the route of step-aside $$$, the more likely thing for GGG to do in the meantime is to get the IBF mando with Johnson out of the way. If he did that in Feb, he could still do Lee in May/June, and Canelo in Sept.Comment

You QUACKS got mad because lil G had 97K PPV buys and KNEW GGG would get F'k on NEGOTIATIONS if they did WAY teeter!!! You kept saying Floyd killed boxing PPV, blah ,blah. Deep down in your heart you wanted GGGs PPV to NOT look like a FLOP. And Canelo/Cotto buys tanking was your only hope Luke!Comment

In that case, hand over the Title belt to GGG
If you're not going to fight for the middleweight division then don't be at that weight as THE CHAMPION. GGG gets the belt and have Canelo and his trainer and promoter EXPLAIN to the casual fan why he no longer has the belt. I hope the WBC keeps their word and strips canelo of the title. Don't have GGG have to fight at a CATCH WEIGHT...Comment
