Lara is much better off at middleweight. Pursue Canelo and Golovkin. No one moving up from 147 is going to risk fighting him anyway.

This. He can't just sit there and expect people to come to him at 154, he's got to go get it. The guy had every opportunity to establish himself and has stunk it up continually.

The WBA offered Cotto an interim fight for the title under the condition he fought Lara in a mandatory right after. That's probably his best option financially.

Otherwise he just needs to stay busy while J Rock/Charlo/Spence/Lubin and the other young 154 pound up and comers make names for themselves. The Vanes rematch should be an option too since there was no clear winner in that fight. Otherwise I don't see why he wouldn't move up.

got slightly excited about this... then realized it was a November 2015 article and nothing has changed since. Lara... move up, fight Monroe Jr. (he is looking for a fight), then jump in the ring after Wade/Golovkin or Canelo/Golovkin (if it ever happens) and call out the winner...

So what's the answer? Is Lara moving up or what? Strange that Decubas is fond of using social media bull****ting fans, and, believe it or not, visits this forum everyday, but can't provide a clue what their next fight would be.
