The jump from 154 to 160 is bigger than people think. It's for me equivalent to 168 to 175

Lara should fight the Jacobs Quillin winner but he won't do that because then he might actually have to fight Golovkin. He doesn't want that.
That's why he is still at 154lbs and still fighting on PBC.

Lara should fight the Jacobs Quillin winner but he won't do that because then he might actually have to fight Golovkin. He doesn't want that.

See, he probably does want the fight. And I am also sure GGG is not scared of him. I wouldn't mind the fight happening.

But boxing politics make it really unlikely. And if you told me I could make 10 fights between PBC and HBO fighters, I could probably think of 10 other fights to see (for instance, I certainly think Jacobs or Quilin would trouble GGG more than Lara and would rather see that).

Lara does make for dreadful fights, but I'd watch him fight GGG

If GGG cant land cotto/canelo then this is the next best fight IMO. Hell i think this is better honestly but pay wise those are

GGG plans on less Lee gets upset are sets

vs Tureano Johnson
vs Lee (if he wins)

and let not even talk about the free WBC belt his getting , on less something happen to Lee , GGG could get all belts just in time to move 168
