DSG would end Pacquaio's career and why can't dudes be real - Garcia is w/ Haymon therefore its a no-go for Arum. Its much more respectable than saying he isn't a big enough threat.

Kahn hasn't been impressive since the Maidana fight and Matty was in a slugfest w/ Provo - which in itself isn't impressive and they were both mistreated and beat up by Garcia.

Truth be told, Garcia's style would play right into Pac's hands. He's a stationary target for Pac. Brook or Khan would be a much tougher task for Pac.

Arum knows that fight would be next to impossible to make given his situation with Haymon therefore he took the opportunity to take a shot at Garcia.

Garcia has said multiple times that he only fights who Al Haymon picks for him and Al Haymon isn't going to pick Pacquaio.

The only reason Khan is being discussed, is because it is believed that he doesn't have the standard Haymon Advisory Contract that many others do, and has some freedom to choose opponents (which may or may not be true).
