Garcia is as qualified as any one out there, but realistically Pac man would dance all over his face and Arum knows that. He doesn't stand a chance. I think Khan has the speed to at least make the fight interesting before they get into the ring. There's not a WW out there that can beat Pac, currently. May is retired.
