I think it's bad sportsmanship to over celebrate when you have beaten an opponent that no one gave the slightest chance of winning. Be happy, salute the fans, fine. But jump around like you have just won the biggest fight of your life? No, that is disrespectful in my book. Just like his mugging during the fight. I do not enjoy seeing that from ANY fighter.

Obviously I would still heavily favor Wlad, but Wlad has been stopped by lesser punchers than Wilder. Similarly, Wilder has been rocked by a can or two.Comment

So you are okay with Wilder holding the belt hostage so that Haymon gets to claim he has a hw champion? Shouldn't more deserving fighters get their well deserved shot? A championship belt allows a fighter bigger purses and bigger fights. It isn't just for Wilder to hold the WBC hostage and not fight mandatories, or even real contenders. Mismatches are not good for the fans either, or the opponents (how much you suppose Dupuhas made for this beating he took?).Comment
