WHAT established proof? A couple of fights many years ago against now retired fighters? That is enough for you to put someone on a P4P list at number TWO? Do you rank college football teams based on their performance 3 to 4 years ago? Would you rank a tennis player in the top 10 if they only played one tournament per year because 4 years ago they won Wimbledon?

If there is one sport boxing should look to for how to rank their competitors, it is tennis. Inactive? You drop in the rankings. Play and lose against a lower ranked player? You drop in the rankings. Anything other than remaining active against top competition and you drop in the rankings.

For some reason, boxing fans are the most forgiving of their favorite athletes. No other sport has fans who are such blind followers. And no other sport has fans that are so delusional. I mean boxing fans make Leaf fans look sensible and reasonable in comparison. What a sport this is.

Crawford is a good fighter but he's only beaten Gamboa, Burns,Delorme and the other dude who's name escapes me right now...can't rank him above Manny because he lost to Floyd...

And say what you want about Wlad but the guy hasn't lost in 10 years in a division where anyone can knock you out with one good punch. And he's fought every single #1 fighter..he didn't wait till they lost or got old. He fights them one after another...for that he deserves to be #1 or 2 on that list until he loses or retires.
