They let everyone break the rules on holding, as much as I don't like it, it's not unique to Klitschko.

On Ward, he hasn't beaten anyone in years. Sure he has a better record than most on there, but the list is supposed to reflect today, not 3-4 years ago.

We have no idea if he can replicate his old form, and beating a SMW at LHW coming off 2 losses shouldn't warrant being put back on the pedastal.

Seems to me the top end of the list was a bit light on US representatives so they brought him back in. It'll be interesting to see what TBR come with.

no, not everyone. just certain fighters. floyd, ward, wlad. i don't see ggg, kovalev, and roman gonzalez doing it yet it's those other guys that are praised for having the best "skills" even though a lot of that skill is clearly cheating. just read the rules nm that's too hard

Yes, everyone. Be clear on the point made. If GGG & Kovalev started holding excessively, would they be penalized for it? absolutely not. They're open to letting everyone break the rules on holding.

By in large, referees don't penalize holding. I wish they did, but they don't.

Onto the PFP list, do you start chalking off resume wins because the referee didn't do his job? Well you can, but 99% of people won't.

marketing people know some audiences will only watch certain fighters and gotta fill that floyd hole with whatever they could sc**** up

Why is Golovkin on the list? His best win is Martin Murray ffs. So if we're using the criteria of Ward beating Paul Smith....why is Golovkin on there when his career highlights involve beating fighters who are just as average as Smith.
GGG has stopped every relevant modern mw contender in the span while Ward has been embroiled in law suits and crap.

If the smith fight has no relevance to you then you're the one not living in reality and are just fan girling over ward. this conversation is over.

Jermain Taylor, if not for his Round 12 disasters, would've knocked Ward's ass out.. Biscuit chin wouldn't be talked about at all today.

As for Kessler, he was clearly A-level & one of the best, clearly the favourite.

The lineal "title" is the man who beat the man. You were supposed to know that if you are a fan of boxing.

Do you see Ward on their P4P rankings? I don't.
