Ward said the offer was sent a month ago. Are they that delusional? He's a few weeks away from headlining his first PPV card, and on the verge of possibly getting the biggest financial card of his career (Canelo/Cotto). Why would he accept without first waiting out on the Canelo/Cotto outcome?

Golovkin was looking for a big fight, and RocNation seemingly offered them that big fight (only reason this fight is even on PPV is because HBO wasn't willing to put up the money, so don't try to sell the PPV as anything else), when nothing was seemingly in the cue for Golovkin after the Monroe Jr fight, with Cotto-Canelo I already being positioned to close out the year (with everyone at least expecting a second fight).

Ward-Golovkin would've given him that big fight that he was seemingly thirsting for, with his first PPV actually being justified based on the matchup. Beyond that, if Golovkin were to have somehow pulled off the win, and drawn decent for the show, he'd walk into the Cotto/Canelo talks as being more than an opponent entitled to only the short-end of a 90/10 split, or worse.

That's what I thought happened. Ward playing PR games with GGG the way he did with Froch and Kessler over the rematches.

Ward fought LHW in Olympics. He has admitted he walks around at 180. he is a LHW who drains himself. If he makes 168 again, fine. But why couldn't he make 164 easily. He made Dawson come down to 168.

If I was silly, I would ask you why GGG cant drop 4lb's for Cotto/Canelo.

They are both A-side compared to Hypekin.

GGG would have fought Ward at 168 2 years ago, if Ward had been ready and the money had been there. I think he would have beaten him too.

Hasn't there been a few fighters that are starting to make noise at 168?
Why does GGG have to be the one to move up and clean that division out, when he hasn't cleaned his own division out?

You guys are so obsessed with getting Ward fights, but how come you guys don't put any pressure on the other fighters in Ward's own weight class?

Plus, if GGG is such a bum, then why do you guys want Ward or any other 168 lber to face such bum?

GGG can do whatever he wants. He doesn't have to listen to the haters. I know many want the GGG fight so they can revive Ward's career. Well, GGG doesn't have to do **** for anybody else! I know it burns and it'll keep on burning.

GGG and team shouldn't reply they're just going to give this guy more publicity.
Ward doesn't even want to take an opportunity he is being given on the undercard of Cotto/Canelo. It's doesn't matter to me, we'll get MIURA VS VARGAS instead, which will be an awesome fight! HBO will have enough money left, since they won't have to pay Ward 2+ million, to get two more awesome fights as well. I ain't complaining!!

Team Golovkin shouldn't have talked all that ****.

Ward is peeved by the whole thing, and simply wants to now make an example out of Little G; if you let Andre Ward's name leave your mouth disrespectfully, and you're tied to a fighter, he's going to take it personally and offer to bring that work.
