Who is not only at a different weight class, doesnt have a big enough name for Ward to want to fight him, and Ward hasnt set foot in a ring in 2 years. Why is he even talking about this? He should be telling everyone to tune in to his fight with Paul Smith right after the Sanford and Son rerun

See? You don't need to fight in your home town to have "home advantage", if your opponent is from a different country.Last edited by NEETzsche; 06-17-2015, 01:15 PM.

Even losing half of that then replacing it with 20 lbs of water the next day will take a huge toll on a fighter.
As for GGG taking a loss, his team says they're not afraid of it. Who cares how some of his fans feel about it?
And, yes, Andre Ward is not ducking anyone. He does however try to give himself every advantage he can. Nothing wrong with that.

Clearly, Cotto and Roach knew the CW was critical, even if you don't, otherwise it wouldn't have been in place.
Another thing - Geale was coming off a devastating KO defeat, which is not ideal preparation for a title attempt. Who was that guy who KTFO of Geale and softened him up for Cotto?

And Froch said several times that he was looking forward to KO'ing Groves in his own home town, in front of his own people.
