Hatton 2007 no doubt. 2009 vs Marquez was just an amazing performance against a much smaller man. Canelo performance was his last masterpiece. But his last prime fight was Hatton in 2007 before retiring. 2009 onwards he was still the best on the planet but clearly lost 10/15%.
Floyds last fight in his prime?

my boy?
i paid a lot of money to fly to vegas to see floyd mayweather fight.
go through my posting history if you must. i am not a pacquiao fan more than i am a mayweather fan. ask around. i call things like i see them.
i do find amusement in digging at either of the fanbases when their biases show up.
the same people are in the same threads taking mayweather's or pacquiao's side on every issue. do you guys understand that?Comment

Not sure why folks even reply to dude. And of course those were good wins for Manny because they were sooooo much bigger than Manny. But let's not mention the catch weights they invovled. Or let's not mention that Floyd started at 130 and fought all the way up to 154. Nah, Floyd's been fighting little guys his whole career!
folks reply to dude to discuss boxing. dude knows the sport.
pacquiao does get a measure of credit because he was fighting larger men during his run at or around 147 lbs. he's smaller than floyd mayweather.
pacquiao's run at 147 [and his fight with hatton,] was in part a mirage due to timing, the use of a catchweight against miguel cotto, a dubious decision against marquez, and alex ariza.
i don't deny any of this. pacquiao's run at 147 was in part a mirage. i don't blindly support floyd mayweather or manny pacquiao in virtually all contexts, the way you guys do. i don't have the muscle memory / knee jerk reaction to come to my fighter's defense from years in the manny pacquiao - floyd mayweather war.
the only "die hard" floyd mayweather fan on this website who keeps is real is dan hamza. larry is actually pretty open, as well. the rest are either not "die hard" enough to get that distinction, or are biased.Comment

threads concerning mayweather and pacquiao are popular on this website. they make up a significant portion of its traffic.
pacboy, junior gong, etc are in these threads. do you ever find these guys supporting floyd mayweather?
"i'm with the flowmoes on this one, guys. ariza probably had manny on the juice."
and in these threads you also have imdazed, hanzgruber, etc. are they ever supporting pacquiao?
"i've got to roll with the packtards on this one. floyd definitely waited for manny to get old."Comment

His prime was from Ndou to Hatton or Marquez
Hard to know for sure if it ended at Marquez. Floyd was a stylistic nightmare for him. You're supposed to look amazing against these opponents.
Compare the Floyd in the DLH fight to the Floyd in the Alvarez fight. Floyd did more amazing things vs DLH.Comment
