Darnell Boone, arguably beat Kovalev, knocked out Stevenson and knocked down Ward, all those fighters being in their prime.

      Tua is a great shout.

I'll add Frank Bruno. He's got a great record, but could never get the big one. I know he eventually beat McCall but he typically just fell short at the highest levels.

            Carl Froch

Because he had a clunky overrated style that any true Elite level boxer has an easy night against.

This is a great call. The Road Warrior was a tough night out for anyone and fought just about everyone willing to fight him. Had some very solid wins as well.

people naming DLH, Cotto, GGG, Froch, etc need their heads examined. Those are definitely NOT b level fighters.

I would consider B level to be like Rocky Juarez, or Zab, Berto, Jesus Chavez, etc.......

                  That's my pick.

But Shane is considered one of the best lightweights of all time,

I specifically came in here to mention Juarez and Baby Bull Diaz. They always came up short and where never able to take it to the next level

                      .

canelo has a top 5 resume of the last 20 years of fighters.
