Moorer, judah and glen johnson are pretty good picks, they all became lineal champs at one point but still were not A level of their divisions though reached the point of being the man to beat.

Ive seen his name mentioned and my first thought was Arturo Gatti.
Just the amount of people saying how did he get in the HOF?! That says alot about what people thought of him.
B+ at best but he was extremely entertaining and I was fan of his.

I kind of see adding Derek Chisora to the list. Quite a few close fights and has always fought tough competition.

                Kessler is A level

He only lost to prime Ward and Calzaghe who are ATG level fighters

Kessler is easily top 5 super middle along with Froch, B level guys in that division are the likes of Caleb Plant, George Groves, Librado Andrade etc.

                  - - Sissyboy Floydy easy. He lost fans everytime he won with his hometown commish, officials, and TUE drug testers.

What other great ever went squallin' fer his Daddy in the middle of a fight or ever got BTFO by Logan Paul and before that McG? Poor Max Jellyman must've been crushed in his Sissyboy Shrine he lived in still in psychiatric therapy...

Cotto is an A level fighter those two guys you mentioned he came up short against are both atg fighters

                    Cotto is above B

B level fighter would be the likes of David Tua a non belt holder who came up short trying to win a belt

kessler was at one point an A level fighter...if calzaghe is an Atg in the super middle weight division and Kessler lost 8 rounds to 4 he is competitive at A level and therefore an A level fighter if he was B level he would have been slapped and dominated around the ring ...he also had a great career after his prime
