If u still believe that the U.S. judicial system is providing a fair standard and rule of law then I think u should reconsider who the real moron is .

The law is unfair with ********** or poor people. This involves businesses and people with deep pockets. The law is very fair with these groups of people.

I am sure all of these parties did their homework before filing the suit. What the hell is Haymon who is afraid to talk to anyone, whether it be the press or the public, gonna do when he is deposed by a anti trust lawyer? And this is something he cannot avoid. The one thing they said about the Jack-Dirrell fight said they make no mention of the fight being named by name or visibility to the WBC title.

That's not true. The ref was wearing a WBC badge on his shirt.

If Arum has ripped off any fighter well the fighter can sue and from what I have seen he usually wins when he gets sued. Even Julio Cesar Chavez said Arum paid him well and never screwed him unlike Don King. Miguel Cotto has never claimed Arum has ripped him off.
