Haymon knew he was overstepping the rules with the way he's controlling the promoters & the fighters with the contracts he has them sign. Fighter's are locked into Haymon for 9 years, the reason we found that out was because of the Beterbiev incident where the contracts were ruled illegal in Canada.

Thing is Haymon doesn't really need to lock the fighters & promoters into those slave contracts because he holds all the money & tv dates. Their going to come to him regardless. I think if he were to start an official league, he'd be absolved of those legal technicalities their going after him with.

You are wrong on this account. All of the mentioned participants in the article all have legal standing for the lawsuit. Plus there is plenty of evidence for a judge to allow this suit to move forward. All those involved I am sure will meet the minimum standard of evidence for the judge to let this lawsuit continue.

Wishful thinking on your part but if you took the time to actually read the report you will see this lawsuit holds no water it's all the believe this will happen or that will happen arguments they trying make they should of waited longer before trying to file it

You obviously don't know how a civilsuit works. Plus there is already plenty of evidence regarding Haymon's violations of the Sherman Anti-Trust Act.

I am sure all of these parties did their homework before filing the suit. What the hell is Haymon who is afraid to talk to anyone, whether it be the press or the public, gonna do when he is deposed by a anti trust lawyer? And this is something he cannot avoid.
