ABC has turned into a bit of joke awhile back for me, but I know many still respect them. In the letter they wrote its linking Boxing Scene articles & talking about some PBC belts that some french canadian newspaper claimed they are making a month or two back. There are very few facts in there & it seems like it won't get far based off of that. If Oscar, the ABC & the WBO throw HBO in the mix I'll take this more seriously. HBO has been "acting like a promoter" in the same way people claim PBC does for decades without a butthurt lawsuit.

You are wrong on this account. All of the mentioned participants in the article all have legal standing for the lawsuit. Plus there is plenty of evidence for a judge to allow this suit to move forward. All those involved I am sure will meet the minimum standard of evidence for the judge to let this lawsuit continue.
