Like most Americans, you think your sports and organizations are the best in the world. Anyone using the word PRESTIGE in concert with WWE really is not worth getting into a discussion with. Like SERIOUSLY??? Prestige and WWE?
Like i said, i don't think you understand the business concepts that are being discussed in this thread..
Vince mcmahon laid the blueprint, UFC followed it, and now haymon is following it.....
Sure wrestling is fake, but the brand awareness is thru the ****ing room, everyone knows hulk hogan, rock undertaker, wrestle mania...

And let's see where things go with Vasyl Lomachenko, especially after his undercard slot of Pacquiao-Mayweather, which presumably would give him a significant bounce in notoriety.

Haymon cannot legally be in control of a boxing 'league' or be the 'commissioner' of such a league while also having the athletes who work for that league under personal services contracts such as an advisor or manager.
Now, when you accept that as a fact we can continue the discussion. Until then, do not bother replying to my posts as I am done with trying to have an intelligent discussion with someone who obviously is not able to participate.

Why do you think GGG team wants the fight so badly with Cotto? Just like WWE you need to beat an stablish superstar of the sport to gain the fan fare. Brock Lesnar beats The Rock, Batista beats triple H, goldberg beats Hogan and the list goes on and on. Is the Same in boxing Mayweather needed to beat Oscar to reach his status. You need that big superstar win to get there.Last edited by AnimalisticMeth; 04-06-2015, 02:22 PM.
