To this day, I really don’t know why Floyd decided that he didn’t want the fight any more in the fall.”
“To this day, I don’t know why he wanted to take some more time off,” said Greenburg. “Only Floyd has that answer. I certainly don’t have that answer. But, you know, it was very close. It was so, so, close. I think that it was so close that I don’t think that it’s going to take much to make the fight the third time around.”

But it would be 'ridiculous' for Floyd to continue doing what he's been doing for years?
OK.

Arum has been saying to the media for the last two weeks that Pacquaio has agreed to all terms, but refuses to tell us what those terms are or who he negotiated those terms with. Floyd Mayweather and Espinoza says they haven't agreed to all terms and there is no contract, in principle or otherwise.
Some is obviously lying and for the first and only time, I would bet on Arum in this case.

So floyd has supposedly agreed?
Verbal commitment is good as a contract.
So why is he not signing it if he has agreed?
Still it all boils down to Floyd manning up. The spot light is him facing the music.
Let's say there is no contract, but verbal commitment with all parties. To stamp is to call the media and say we have a fight. Simple.Last edited by Spoon23; 01-24-2015, 01:33 PM.

Floyd: "Thanks for setting the record straight, Alex"
