I hope this guy doesn't make it to the top of the food chain. Still a semi fan but diva attitudes from boxers that haven't accomplished much shouldn't be able to earn millions and millions of dollars. Hell I still think Pac/Floyd get paid way too much for so little sometimes.

Funny how all the TMT/Hymen fluffers, who posted in defense of Hymen after the Thomas Hauser article was posted for comment in this forum, have all disappeared. Those propagandists & pom-pom girls who claimed Hymen gets his fighters paid, doesn't rob fighters like other promoters, is going to take over & change the game of boxing for the better, etc etc etc...are all getting exposed & discredited. Those brainless fanboys never fail to amuse me. And the laughs come easy just by observing the new breed fan mentality that exists in the game now..."THANKS TO AL HAYMON."In Peter Quillin's defense -
When Roc Nation won the purse bid, Quillin was excited about it and sound like he had every intention of taking the fight. Then there was a delay, a meeting with Haymon occurred and then Quillin gave up his belt. Allegedly Quillin recieved $500k to turn down the offer (likely so he can't sue Al Haymon at a later date). Haymon's left Quillin to spin off lame *ss reasons on why he turned it down - uncle has cancer, new kid, Korobov not big enough.
It's in the contract of all Haymon fighters that he has VETO power over what fights the fighters are allowed to take.
- Roc Nations offered Deontay Wilder a multi-million dollar offer which Haymon had him reject out right.
- Thurman, who's already in Haymon's dog house reject his multi-million dollar Roc Nation offer before even getting Haymon involved.
- None of those three fighters are making close to the money that Haymon forced them to turn down.

I hope that GGG will never loose his time on this chocolate wetty pants ducker.
Quillin doesn`t deserve even to be regarded as a worthy contender, let alone making career paydays at his current stage of development. Hope he soon looses his zero and falls into obscurity forever.Comment

LOL....damn
Peter Quillin's average fight purse is actually less than Gennady Golovkin's average opponents fight purse.
Rosado $200,000
Macklin $300,000
Stevens $350,000
Geale $600,000
Rubio $450,000
Average $380,000
Quillin Purse
vs Wright $130,000
vs N'Dam $150,000
vs Guerrero $340,000
vs Rosado $400,000
vs Konecny $450,000
Average $294,000
Oh yes he can.....and you know it...doeComment

Why do you keep bringing up Ward in GGG threads? It seems nonsensical. Just like you are hating on the guy, pity cause you are generally a decent poster. But if GGG is avoiding ward(who isn't even fighting anymore) then froch is avoiding kovalev/stevenson.
They are not in the same division period.Comment

You are wrong about that Dirk. Abel Sanchev never said that Ward didn't bring enough money to the table.
He said the fight would not make financial sense until Ward accepted that GGG was more than just "the opponent".
Obviously what he meant was that GGG wouldn't move up to 168 for Ward unless Ward agreed to a 50/50 split of whatever was on the table.Comment

The last word from Ward's team about this was that he would need a couple of tune-ups first.
Did you miss that or just decide to ignore it because it didn't fit your agenda?Comment

According to former WBO middleweight champion Peter Quillin (31-0, 22KOs), there is no financial reward in accepting a fight with WBA/IBO/WBC interim-champion Gennady Golovkin (31-0, 28KOs).
Regarding a potential fight with Golovkin, Quillin says the opponents of the dangerous Kazakhstan puncher are not getting paid a lot of money [at least in comparison to what Quillin makes].
