Quillin is a clown. He suggests GGG go up in weight and fight Ward but then says GGG doesnt bring much money to the table. He doesnt want any parts of Golovkin.

If you don't want to fight GGG you shouldn't even mention his name...

This is wrong on so many levels it's hard to decide where to start ...
"I believe that if you're a true fan of somebody, you support them for the reasons that you do."
I think what it means is that he thinks that his true fans will support him regardless of what he does, and he doesn't care about the rest. So he can safely spend the rest of his career fighting tomato cans. Right?
"Korobov would have got $400,000 to get knocked out by Kid Chocolate but instead he got 160 to get knocked out by Andy Lee"
He says this as if it was Korobov's choice.
I wonder who started this trend? Since when has it become acceptable to openly say you are not fighting somebody because you think there's not enough money in it? Before people faked injuries and said someone else wasn't "worthy" of a shot. Now guys like Quillin and Stevenson say there's not enough money for them to take best fights?
When Floyd does it he just about gets away with it because people pay hoping he gets KOd, and because he's number one. The fools trying to follow his footsteps will end up ruining their careers. Thank God we have some real fighters to watch instead...

Quillin better redeem himself, and he better do it quickfast. We may actually look back at him turning down the Korobov fight as one of the biggest mistakes made in modern sports.

Drops his title, loses career high payday, and the guy he was supposed to face ends up getting knocked out anyways.
Peter Quillin really is something else. Its as if he feels he is doing everyone a favor dropping his title and not aiming for Golovkin.
Golovkin earned $900k for Rubio. If Rubio made weight he would of made $450k. (Failed to make weight so he gave up $100k to GGG) That's $50k more possible than if Korobov had to fight Quillin.
I would assume its better to get knocked out by the boogeyman GGG than get knocked out by no title having Quillin. Plus you can probably just flop like Rubio did against GGG and make it look real because he punches so damn hard.
Quillin is either delusional as hell or Haymon's ultimate puppet.
