This is correct. Robinson was never more than a middleweight during his career and in today's terms he was really at most a junior-middleweight, probably never more than about 165 pounds in the ring.

There is also nothing that amazing about growing which is why a lot of the su****ion about Pacquiao is just plain silly.

When I was a kid I used to think Ray Robinson was a 10 weight world champion

No idea why I thought that.

Was absolutely shocked when I found out he was no where near that.

B-but PEDs doe! Bro science doe!

But seriously you are right. People ignore how guys like tonmy Hearns started out skinny and filled out their frames. As you get older you will start to fill out and it will be harder to drain yourself down to unnatural weights.

Just saying boxing back then was heavily influenced by the mafia. I don't put a lot of stock at the men who fought in 30s, 40s, 50s,and 60s.

Only old era fighters I give respect are SRL, Duran, Hearns, and Hagler. And all the other men who fought in that era.

I'll wait for Paulie Malignaggi to tell me if SRR was on PED's or not

Since you have to take into account caliber of opponents. Something you don't have to do in basketball. Since the talent pool have generally remained the same throughout the decades.
Nobody cares about plus minus since he shows how drastically better Floyd is than those old time fighters. Now look at how tall Wlad is!

IDGAF whether he white or black. Lennox Lewis actually has top three plus minus in boxing history but after watching HIM fight and watching Floyd fight, is Lennox better than Floyd?

NO WAY!! Floyd has done so much in the ring from fighting in the pocket without being touched, off the ropes, going backwards, going forward. Floyd doesnt fight a weak talent pool nor does he fight guys that are half his size! Boxrec and tail of the tape always list Floyd's foes as short with short arms, but when u see him in the ring Floyd is always WAAY shorter with waay shorter reach. JMM was the only one he towered over.

He fights young giants and makes them look stoopid! If SRL and SRR fought Floyd's opponents, they would have the top 3 plus minus in boxing history? I dont think so bub!

I couldnt watch the whole thing the dude who made the video is FANNING bro!!! Okay, we all know SRR RARELY fought elite opposition he always fought bums. I dont know if this dude he is fighting is a bum or not, but SRR was such an awful fighter, this dude just dug through his fights and found rare instances where he looked okay and made it seem like it was some Floyd type of boxing going on.

Based off of what I seen SRR do, I am not impressed and this video didnt do anything for me. Dude talking about Ray like he is something that he is nought!

                      Marquez outweigh Floyd by 15lbs?
and Marquez is much younger than Floyd?
