      Probably Donald curry,

Oscar, forrest, tito and shane are up there as well
      Why?

When Oscar and Tito achieved more than him, had more defenses and faced better opposition?

Oscar is clearly the best, with possibly Tito second and then Manny third, the second tier guys could be Mayweather, Mosley or Cotto

What makes Pacquiao a better WW than Floyd? He's never been the man at WW or ever beaten the legitimate #1 guy? I find that an odd statement.

Also, those guys aren't better than Whitaker imo.

Cotto and Bradley are better wins at welterweight than anyone on Floyd's resume

            Moron post!

The Floyd face garbage manufacture paper fight! ''The man'' was the Pacquiao and neither have face the other!

Garbage fight like the Baldomir, Judah, Ortiz and Sharmba Mitchell..

The alphabet ranking or title does not mean a thing! They are garbage fighter!

Pacquiao beat the Cotto, Clottey, the Margarito which Floyd avoid (weight not matter he is natural welterweight who came in at 150) and The Bradley!

If you want to get specific about it, who's Bradley's best WW win? And please don't give me Pacquiao. Bradley's best win over a legitimate WW is Abregu. Hardly stuff of dreams.

Cotto is good, but even he came off a beating against Margarito and a dubious decision over Clottey. Margarito was then KOd by Mosley who Mayweather then beat with ease.

              So all in all, no.

I've seen some of your posts and I'm honestly not impressed.

Baldomir was the champ, Judah was a champ, so was Ortiz. Then we can add another legit champ in Mosley, another champ in Hatton, another champ in Maidana, a HOFamer in Marquez.. The quality in depth of Floyd's resume at WW is better than Pacquiao's, no question about it.

Why bring up Margarito when it was fought at Light middleweight?

He hasn't really got an outstanding, legit win at welterweight, but he would beat most of the current top 10. Skillwise he's clearly better than anyone on Floyd's welterweight resume.

Who are Maidana, Guerrero, Ortiz, Hatton and Zab's best wins at welterweight?

Mosley was obviously an elite fighter in his prime but he was well past his best when Floyd beat him.

Btw Pac beat Clottey as well.

Also lets not use triangle theories to gauge which wins are better lol, we both know that's not how boxing works

Curry ruined his career through drug abuse, but H2H at his very best I would pick him over anyone thats come since.

                    As I said!

The paper champion are a dime a dozen!

The Ortiz is a garbage mentally weak with weak chin who had 1 good win against other hypejob Berto!

What does it matter that Margarito was fought at light middleweight? It's still the same fighter! If anything he would have been an improved Margarito that was a force at Welterweight but would have had an easier time making the weight!

****** nitpicking from the Floyd fanatic!

Judah is garbage 4 round fight who was walked down by the C level MALIGNAGGI and lost to BALDOMIR. Don't talk sir about the Baldomir title he is simple a GARBAGE fighter, the eye test does not tell a lie!

Not to mention the Hatton was man slaughtered by Manny at his ''preferred weight''

Good we agree that he hasn't got any particularly legit wins at WW. He's got Marquez of course which is a good win I suppose, but Marquez really also never beat a legit WW. So your claim that Bradley would beat most of the current top 10 is an opinion, not based on anything factual so let's brush that aside.

Maidana beat WBA champion Adrien Broner who beat another champion in Paulie Malignaggi. He also beat Lopez and Karass. It's not great either, but it is what it is. Not going to go into Guerrero, that wasn't a good win but at least he'd beaten a legit WW in Berto. Victor Ortiz took the 0 from Berto which was a very good win at the time. People crap on it now because of the turn Berto's career has taken but it was a good win at the time.

Judah knocked out Cory Spinks? He was once the legit champion at WW. Lost to Baldomir who Floyd also beat. Hatton beat Castillo and Collazo at WW. Two good wins.

What triangle theory? It's lineage my friend. There's a difference.

Mosley was coming off his career best performance over Margarito. Then fights Floyd and is 'well past his prime' when he gets beat.

                      Give me a break.
