To beat any fighter, you isolate what their strengths are and you take those strengths away from them. Floyd can't avoid punches if he's focused on walking forward and throwing them.

    Ex:
Shane Moseley feinted with a double jab downstairs and threw a right hand over the top. What happened? He almost got Floyd out of there.

See Maidana slip and counter Floyd's pull counter numerous times throughout the fight.

Feints and traps. Feints and traps.

I like this analysis. Somebody shud make floyd the aggressor, its always assumed that his challenger will be the aggressor..i say stink the joint and make floyd chase you around, hes getn 32 mil he better put on the show haha

      ....CHEAT.
      OR....

How to pick up beautiful women...." easy! first? get rich...Any way you can doesn't matter! then? Just make sure you are fabulous looking, you want to be about 6 feet or above...." Its that simple!

I mean...this guy acts like you can walk floyd down and hit him everywhere. Like in today's ranks there are guys like homicidal hank who can just **** away, press and do so enough that they can shut Floyd down... Show me a decent pressure guy out there who can do that!

Anyhow back to our regularly scheduled programming, how to cook something delicious..."start by buying an aged prime ribeye....yada yada

Most of these guys can hardly even fight inside anymore!

As far as Porter, what makes you think people will give Floyd credit for that when he doesn't get credit for beating Canelo. And beating Paulie shouldn't make Porter a monster.. also I believe Khan has the only style out there that can give Floyd the most trouble. . The win vs Collazo was solid, I actually picked Collazo to KO him.. and if Khan puts on a similar show vs Devon, he not only deserves the Floyd shot, he earns it. Porter would just try the same old "be dirty" gameplan and get picked apart, Khan brings more tools. The height, speed, jabs, combos, footwork, i would love to see how Floyd handles that.
Fouls or "tactics" are just apart pf the game, always have been not that i condone the strategy of maidana in their 1st encounter..that was just plain dirty..why whens the last time someone was advised to fight dirty against floyd?

Floyds ducking the Krusher now too? Damn coward. John David Jackson has the book on how to beat Money.

Seriously, that Maidana overhand axe punch that he bum rushed Broner with was a key to sucess in the first Mayweather fight. Maidana strategy was rough housing and awkwardness.

I think u need to be unconventional to beat Money unless u put him in there with middle weights like his haters want.

What JDJ is REALLY saying if you read between the lines is there is no way to beat Floyd, no strategy, no gameplan, there's nothing you can do.

I don't hear nobody telling Algieri to be dirty vs Pacquiao, all they say is use the jab and footwork to outbox him.. that's it, no fouls needed

Can people once and for all stop hating and acknowledge Floyd as the G.O.A.T.
Note: Hitting your opponent's arms, chest and shoulders is not fouling. Kidney punches would also be ok if he turned sideways on to you, which is something Floyd often does.

I agree with Jackson but also add angles cause that will throw off the shoulder roll counters of straight rights and uppercuts You see look at Dumb Canelo he 1,2's Floyd to the arms than goes for the body where is he standing take a guess right in front of Floyd just look at Floyd Buttlovers video Larry X he plays it constantly If you hit Floyd in the arm with a right angle yourself to the left to avoid the counter than go to the body. Why do you think Floyd avoids Pacquaio look at how Pacquaio throws his lead left his lead leg goes to the right and he's out of the way from a counter from there he set up to throw a right hook or upper or turn you as he did to Rios and Delahoya

Hes the only one to ever fight floyd so dirty, the thread makes it seem as if every fighter before has also done the same or is instructed to use fouling tactics
