Also it should not take away from what they have done

Mayweather-Corrales was huge, as was Mayweather-Hatton both were undefeated, the DLH fight was huge even though both were past prime

To say a fighter who has accomplished so much has not had legacy fights is pretty ignorant.

Mayweather not fighting Pacquaio, or Tszyu shouldn't take way from who Floyd did beat

Robinson not fighting Burley, Holman Williams, Cocoa Kid, Bert Lytell didn't take from his

Nor did the color barrier take away from Jack Dempsey's
I kinda agree with what your saying,
My only point is that Floyd since 2007'has been the face of boxing and hasn't delivered many truly epic matchups..
There is only a few guys that have ever been the face of boxing and when they were, they fought a brutal schedule.. Leonard had Benitez, hearns, Duran all within 18 months..
Ali fought some monster heavyweight damn near every year
Oscar fought Ike, Tito and Shane within 18 months
    Floyd has never done that

That's absurd, prime oscar at 130-147 had fast hands, and not fast feet but not slow feet either, just average foot speed but he had incredibly fast hands and had a lot of power behind them..

Ask Chavez, leija, camacho, genero, mayorga, Tito if that dude didn't have fast hands..
Hell, he was even matching a prime Shane in handspeed for the most part
The word FAST is in capitals for a reason, he wasn't that fast.

He wasn't slow at all but he wasn't overly fast like someone like Floyd.

Man you are a dense Floyd fan!

I explained it clear enough that you too would get it. Floyd was fighting in the lower divisions while Oscar and Mosley were above Floyd during those years. It's not like Floyd said, I will move up to WW tomorrow to fight you Oscar/Mosley. Nor did he say that when they moved up to 154. So it was ALL TALK by Floyd.

Floyd fought them at the backend of their careers. Floyd fought them when they were past their prime. Oscar was more promoter than boxer while Mosley was old by then and didn't have a noteworthy performance after that.

Just answer the question. After Floyd said what he said, did he move up to Oscar's/Mosley's division? Again, you answer that and you will get your answer ...... Floyd was being Floyd and just talking and not meaning it.
